The Printer Settings include:

Pre-requisite:

The following steps will guide the administrator in setting up the printer for the POS.

  1. Login to the Point of Sale device using the right credentials.

  2. From the menu bar select Settings.

  3. The Settings page will be displayed with two tabs, select PRINTER SETTINGS

  4. Select the appropriate Receipt printer by tapping on the downward arrow, by default it is set to Standard EscPos. Merchants using the Sunmi built-in printer should select Sunmi while merchants using the Epson printer brand should select Standard EscPos.

  5. Set the printer Connection Mode: USB or IP connection.

  6. If IP is selected indicate the IP address of the printer, also indicate the character per line.

  7. Select CONFIRM at the bottom of the screen.

  8. Success will be displayed in black indicating that the settings have been made successfully.
