Seat maps are configured for office deliveries where the room number or office space/building is stored and known.

  1. On the Admin Console, click on the Navigation Bar.

  2. Select Sites.

  3. A list of all the sites available for the administrator to view will be displayed if there are any available.

  4. Select the site where the seat map is to be created.

  5. Click Site Configurations.

  6. Click the site configuration name.

  7. Select SEATMAP.

  8. Indicate the First Level, Second Level and Third Level

  9. For example, a seat map will be added for Yonoton Building, 4th floor with the following room numbers: 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 406, and 407.

  10. Click ADD ROW to add the first room number.

  11. Without editing the First and Second levels, change the third level to 402 to add the next room number.

  12. Click ADD ROW, room number 402 will be added to the rooms.

  13. Repeat steps 11 and 12 to add as many room numbers as required.

  14. Click SAVE.

Tips: More new rows can be added by repeating steps 8-12.

Note: The Enable Free Text toggle is for users of the app to input a location freely. Once Free text is enabled irrespective of whether seat locations have been configured or not, the Delivery Location text-box on the app is available for users to input texts. The text is inserted at the Delivery location text box. This is only possible for "deliveryType":"seat". This text is duplicated under the Additional information field.
