Administrators can manage the access given to cashiers by setting up a role and a pin code for each cashier which will be used in accessing the POS system.

Using the Cashier section under merchant, Administrators can see the list of Cashiers that have access to the specific merchant.

Prerequisite:

The following steps will guide administrators in setting up cashier access

  1. Navigate to the specific merchant.

  2. Click Cashiers.

  3. Select ADD.

  4. Select or identify the cashier’s name, use the search field to filter users by names. Note: If a user can not be found, create a new user with the appropriate user details.

  5. Select ADD.

  6. Use the drop-down arrow to select the cashier’s role.

  7. Assign a unique Pin Code.

  8. Click SAVE
