Administrators can see a list of the transaction performed on the different sales channels by using the journal section of the Admin Console

Administrators can view journals on each of the merchants under their control or management. Journals can be viewed by selecting specific periods, days, weeks, or months.

  1. From the Navigation bar, select Administration

  2. Select Journal from the drop-down list.

  3. Select the duration and time of the journal.

  4. Select the Type of event: Sales Receipt, Refund Receipt

  5. Select a merchant from the drop-down lists (or turn on All merchants).

  6. Click Search.

  7. All journal entries will be displayed in a list.

  8. Individual order receipt can be selected to see a detailed view of the receipt information.
