Administrators can create several tags that will be used in categorizing products. When tags are created and products are categorized under them, administrators can view all products under a particular tag.

  1. Click on the Navigation bar.

  2. Select Administration.

  3. From the drop-down list select Tags

  4. Select the scope of the tag from the drop-down list at the top-left corner of the screen. Tips: The tag scope that can be selected are: Products, Sites, Subjects, and Events.

  5. A lists of all the previously tags created when creating products will be displayed. At the top-right corner of the screen, select CREATE NEW.

  6. At the bottom of the list type out the details of the new tag. Make it visible by clicking the HIDDEN eye icon.

  7. Click SAVE.
