Administrators are able to create a coupon for special webshop user to enable logged in users to buy items using the invoice payment method. These users can make a purchase on webshop by indicating a reference code that will be traced with the invoice payment.
The following steps will guide administrators in setting up invoice payment on webshop:
On the Admin Create a Coupon. Note: Invoice must be enabled for this type of coupon.
Create an activation code for the coupon
Activate the coupon for the user on the users profile on the Admin Console.
Navigate to Administration.
Select Users.
Search for the user by name. The user’s details will be displayed.
Click Activate Code.
Enter the Coupon Activation code that was previously created.
Click ADD.
At the bottom of the page, the system will indicate that the code has been successfully added.
To confirm that the coupon has been activated for that user, select Tickets.
Listed under the tickets tab, the name of the coupon will be on the list.
Note: this activation code can be removed from the User by selecting REMOVE

Next Steps on Webshop:
On the webshop, the user has to login in with the same user details as it is on the Admin. Most importantly the Phone number should be the same.
On the webshop, the Invoice payment will be available for selection when users’ get to the cart page.
