Note: Activation codes can only be generated after a coupon has been created.
Activation codes can be created for Coupons, Discounts, and Memberships.
They can be generated as:
Unique Codes: This means that every single code generated has a unique ID and each code can be activated only once on the mobile application. Each code generated can be used/activated by only one user.
Predefined Code: This means that the code has a unique ID that is defined by the administrator and can be used several times. A Predefined Code can be shared with multiple users. For example, an administrator can create a predefined code named: Lunch2022. The administrator can set the quantity to be for 20 employees. This code can be shared with all employees and each employee can use Lunch2022 on their mobile app. The admin console has a stock count for the number of employees that have activated the code Lunch2022. The stock count becomes zero when the coupon has been activated 20 times. In order to prevent employees from activating this code twice, Allow once per user only should be enabled on the Basic Information page of the coupon activation codes.
