After setting up merchants, outlets, and products, the administrator will need to verify that all merchants, Outlets, and products have been created. The administrator will also need to ensure that all the settings adjusted and indicated are working appropriately on the android device that will be used to run the Yonoton PoS system for the cashier to use.
General Prerequisite
- An android device that supports Android 8.1 or a newer version is needed
- All add-on devices should be connected, such as printers, scanners, and external payment devices.
It is the responsibility of the administrator to activate the Cashier’s PoS device before they can use the Yonoton PoS system. The steps below will guide the administrator:

On the android device, launch or open the Dev Yonoton POS icon

An Activate Screen will be displayed

Fill in the Activation ID and Activation Key respectively in each of the textboxes below them

Select Activate

If the login credentials are wrong a popup window will alert the administrator to check the typed out credentials

If the Credentials are correct, a Select Outlet screen will appear showing a list of all the outlets that have been created by the administrator on the Management view console.

The administrator can select the desired or appropriate outlet for the cashier

The administrator is also to select the mode for the cashier.

Select Point of Sale

The PoS interface would display a login page by default so the cashier can enter a personal Pin Code to access the system.
