Administrators can search for products from the product lists by using the Search field. Products can also be filtered or sorted for easy identification. The following will guide administrators in searching for products:

14.1 Search by Keyword

  1. On the Product list, at the top left corner, type out the name of the product or a word if the product’s name consists of one or more words, inside the Search field.

  2. Press Enter on the keyboard.

  3. All products with the keyword will be displayed.

  4. Select the appropriate product needed.

14.2 Filter/Sort by Type

Products can be sorted according to the types they are categorised under.

  1. On the Product list page, at the top left corner, select Filter by types.

  2. A drop-down list will appear and the administrator can select the types to be filtered.

Tips: The default type for each product is Food.

Administrators can select more than one type to get an in-depth search. When a type has been selected from the drop-down light it becomes highlighted.

14.3 Filter/Sort by Tag

Products can be filtered based on the tags they have been categorised under. The tags are usually stated when a product is created. Many products can have the same tag, hence it is easier to sort these products using the tag names.

  1. On the Product list page, at the top left corner, select Filter by tags.

  2. A drop-down list will appear and the administrator can select the tags to be filtered.

Tips:

Administrators can select more than one tag name to get an in-depth search. When a tag has been selected from the drop-down light it becomes highlighted.
