A new product can be created with the same information and settings as a previously created product. For instance, a copy of the Chicken pie product will be created.

1. From the navigation bar, select Merchants.

2. From the list of Merchants, select the desired merchant where a copy of a product is to be made.

3. From the navigation bar select Products.

4. A list of all the products under the Merchant is displayed on the right side of the screen.

5. Select the desired product to be copied, the product information will be displayed.

6. At the top right corner of the screen, click CREATE COPY.

   

7. A new product will be created with the same settings and a name starting with Copy of [name of previous out].

   

8. The system will not allow you to save this newly created outlet except some settings or fields have been edited. Changing the name will be most appropriate.

9. Click SAVE. Clicking SAVE is important to ensure that all the information and settings are stored.

Note:

If the administrator decides to stop creating a copy of the outlet,  DISCARD can be selected instead of SAVE.
